| Abstract: | Broadcast Communication's modest tender has won the race for parliamentary contract.The margin in the tenders has caused fears that the quality of the output will suffer. Transmission will start with the state opening of parliament in November and will run until July 1990. Then MPs will vote on whether to continue. On July 3, the committee is meeting to hear evidence from the IBA on the use of advertising during coverage of the parliament. |
