Abstract: | The relationship between individual level variables, stimulus variables and the experience of information overload in conjoint experiments are explored in this article. The authors of this article draw theories of contingent information processing and develop a set of hypotheses by linking product class knowledge and product class involvement to the level of information when performing a conjoint task. |
