| Abstract: | For 40 years, the Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations have developed healthily. In 1991, the volume of Sino- Japanese trade reached the peak of USD 20 billion, showing that the economic cooperation in varieties between China and Japan appears broad prospects. The government loans as the main body of capital cooperation have been smoothly implemented. China's investment environments have been constantly improved. Japanese businessmen eagerly invest to China day by day. The companies funded by Japanese have become a vital force of joint-ventures in China. The Sino- Japanese trade has expanded to the varieties including metallurgy, technology and direct investment, etc. |
