| Abstract: | China should take more effective measures of absorbing investment from ROK and establish enterprises in ROK as soon as possible. Exporting services to ROK and cooperations in the field of labor service with ROK should be improved. The development of economic and trade cooperation with ROK, the whole strategy of the development of overseas oriented economy, the geographical distribution and the adjustment of industrial structure should be arranged as a whole. The financial service related to economic and trade cooperation with ROK should be improved. Some construction projects such as "ROK Industrial District" with different characteristic in Qingdao and Yantai, expressway connecting Jinan and Qingdao and highway along the coast should be speeded up. |
