Abstract:The total trade value of China to Australia has kept increasing these years. But the unfavorable balance has never been eliminated. The total volume of unfavorable balance between 1972-1990 reached USD 11.5% billions. At present, there are more and more positive factors for enlarging export to Australia. So China should make great effort to enlarge exports to Australia and take care not to violate its regulations of dump acts, subsidy and countervailing. According to Australia regulations, if the export commodities are that which are in shortage and the familiar ones can not be produced, the importer can apply for tax reduction. We should make full use of this policy.
