Abstract:Since the 18th century, the demand of tea in western countries has been stimulating the trade of tea between China and western countries. China tea's dominant position in world tea market brought China favorable balance in a long period of time. Because tea export of Japan, India and other countries increased sharply in the middle 19th century. China tea's dominant position was changed. In spite of the change, the development of tea export which has relative superiority will still bring China comparative advantages in foreign trade.
