| Abstract: | In recent years, the portion of technology in China's import from USA has been keeping increasing. And investment between these two countries increased also. Up to the end of March, 1993, USA invested 6383 projects in China. The negotiated capital reached USD 9.34 billions. The main problems include most-favored-nation treatment, textile export, trade deficits, restriction of China's export and trade services. But there still will be great potential development in the future. |
