| Abstract: | The European Union is a big, unified and maturated market. Since 1975, the economic and trade relations between China and Europe have been considerably improved. From 1979 to Sept. 1994 China imported from the member countries of the European union, 1985 important technologies and projects. Their contracted volume amounted to $18.4 billion. Both the number and volume of the projects exceeded that of America and Japan. However the European Union has taken some unfair and discriminational practices towards China in recent years. So this paper considers that this is not in the interests of both sides. |
