| Abstract: | The provinces (regions) in Northwest area of China has the superiority of absorbing the capital of gulf Islamic countries in geography for Moslem Nationality lives in compact community in that area. So they should strengthen the economic and trade relation with the Islamic countries in the Middle East and attract their rich capital in order to develop Northwest area's economy. On the other hand, they should export labour service and technology to the Middle East and develop the oil resources, there together with the Islamic countries. |
