Abstract:Sino-Peruvian economic and trade relations can date back to 1874 when the Treaty onn Friendship, Trade and Opening-to-Navigation was concluded. At present, the political situation in Peru is stable. The country is willing to expand her trade with China, increase import from China, and at the same time hopes that China can take advantages of Peru's geographical position in central South-America to distribute China-made products to this region as well as other nations by opening assembly factories and establishing centers for mechanical equipments service and products-marketing.
