Abstract: | The U.S. is likely to export to China computers of various types and functions , and sophisticated communications devices which helps ease Sino-American trade imbalance, offering a better prospect in economic and trade cooperation characterized by mutual-complementation of superiorities. Increase of hi-tech exchange between the two nations will add to the complicatedness of the conflict over intellectual property rights and frequency of friction. Differences in policies of world security between China and America will lead to America's reducing sci-tech export to China. |
