Abstract:At present, China and America have become the largest partners in textile trade in the world. If America cancels MFN treatment to China, "disastrous" evil consequence will be brought about to both sides. On the American side, American consumers would pay additional US$ 14 billion every year at cost for it. The American enterprises invested in China will be in a dilemma due to the worsening relationship between China and America. American productive enterprises would lose a huge Chinese market as a result of "anti-sanction" measures taken by China. On the Chinese side, many products will be forced to withdraw from American market. The transit freight and textile enterprises running factories in mainland at Hong kong will be affected.
