| Abstract: | Sino-Russian trade began to decline from 1996 as much as by 34 percent, arousing the concern of both parties, and rose in 1995 due to all-round development of trade relations promoted by frequent exchange of high-level visits, and the fact that Russian economic plummet has been brought under control to a certain extent. As to changes of strategic relations, commercial complementary is changing into strategic partnership oriented to the 21st century. Finally levels of economics and trade have changed in that small- scale trade along the border is giving way to large-scale nationwide trade. |
