| Abstract: | The European Works Council Directive has been in force for 18 months now, a period of time which has given most organisations an opportunity to put their agreements into practice. The authors look at the findings of a sectoral study carried out by the European Graphical Federation, reviewing 32 agreements, the majority of which are voluntary Article 13 accords. |
