Abstract: | Although basic pay in Finland is determined by national tri-partite agreement, there is scope for negotiating add-on elements at company level. Employers have increasingly been devising bonus payment systems to reward their workers when their company performs well. In the feature, it is looked at the incidence and level of bonus payments, based on a number of recent surveys. |
