| Abstract: | Review of the role of privatisation in the U.K. and other countries and lack of accountability of managers in the public sector. New Zealand move for financial reporting in the public sector and trend towards corporate planning in U.K. Reduction of government intervention in the economy. Another topic is the accountant's role in R+D, the research director and translating data into a financial budget. The need for employees to look and act like professionals to survive in their first jobs and the qualities needed. Breakeven analysis is reviewed, also diagram display data and the use of a profit geometry graph. |
