| Abstract: | This paper approaches such issues as the industrial policy towards circulation sector, promoting the modernization of circulation sector, quickening the pace of reform of state-owned circulation enterprises, and establishing and improving the unified market system. It points out that China's industrial policy towards circulation sector should include the following: 1. The policy of circulation system reform, 2.The policy of promoting the modernization of circulation sector, 3. The policy of standardizing circulation order, 4. the policy of opening circulation of circulation, 5.The policy of regulation and control of circulation. |
