| Abstract: | The paper argues that at present, the enterprises-founding investment is of prominent significance in the technological industrialization. Then is followed by the analysis of its characteristics, trend and environment. Based on this analysis, the paper discusses the problems in the enterprises-founding investment and explores its management in terms of the investment process. |
