| Abstract: | At present, China's property tax policy has some defects in the aspects of operation system, incentive system, investment system and risk system of technological innovation. To solve these problems, the following countermeasures must be adopted:(1)improve the financial support of enterprise technological innovation; (2)adjust preferential tax policy of enterprise technological innovation;(3)promote the forming of incentive system of enterprise technological innovation and improve benefit system of enterprise technological innovation;(4)establish and complete risk system of enterprise technological innovation;(5)enhance the policy guidance and encourage the forming of a favorable external environment for enterprise technological innovation. |
