| Abstract: | Taxation structural readjustment proposal, started in 1994, has many problems in the real operation . The thesis thought it is inevitable to reform taxation system for the development of social market economy. We must scientific differentiate tax kinds, make taxation structure better and improve fair tax. For standard tax-base and tax-original expansion, we should enhance fund's management over-budget, improve taxation environment and generally make up a set of new taxation system suitable for market economy. |
