| Abstract: | Preferential policies for international investment tax revenue being implemented in China, those have some problems, for instance, internal tax system is inconsistency with external one; policy orientation is not very clear; and preferential forms are unitary, etc... The concepts regarding adjustments on preferential policies for international investment tax revenue should be mapped out in the following two aspects: one is to improve the investment environment, the other is structural adjustment on preferential policies for industrial, technological and regional international investment tax revenue. |
