| Abstract: | The paper discusses the possible dilemma in the expectations according to which participants have to act in compliance with the agreement and for mutual benefit in a firm-stakeholder relationship based on a contractual commitment. Acting against the agreement at the expence of other party may be beneficial in the individual level within a short time period but is morally non-acceptable. The article provides suggestions and a set of propositions describing how a company and its stakeholders can manage viable and moral relationships. |
