| Abstract: | The authors assumed that participants of a research have various 'rights' and that a legitimate domain of research is helping participants satisfy their 'needs'. Through the use of example the authors demonstrated a need in this article for further examination into the ways that organizational research can be more responsive to all interested research stakeholders. |
