Abstract:Yankee bond issues are seeing the beginnings of a revival after dormancy induced by volatile markets. But investors are still cautious, so the timing and pricing of issues are all important. Issuers and investors must get used to an entirely new definition of market stability. The advice to issuers? Be prepared to postpone if the market is not willing and be ready to pop into a window when it appears because it may only be there for a few days. It's going to be a lot of hard work.
