| Abstract: | European retail investors love to buy the bonds of an elite group of household-name companies. But for lesser-known corporate borrowers, considering a Eurobond issue is usually a waste of time. It will remain so unless the Euromarket can entice more institutional fund managers to buy corporate paper. Corporate borrowers have long found the Eurobond tricky.
