| Abstract: | In dealing with the cuntless problems that can arise in a production process, it helps to have a firm methodology both for improving the process and modelling the problem. These two aspects are closely interlinked. Work at the University of Portsmouth is finalizing a computerized system that will help engineers both to classify problems and identify the best way to set about tackling them. |
