| Abstract: | At present the practical unemployment rate has reached the highest point in history, but is not beyond the social burdenable deadline. The order of severity of unemployment was exaggerated because of the increase of population in living difficulty in urban areas. The general situation of employment is that total supply of labor will grow but the speed will be slow; The reasons why the population of unemployment and laid-off increased is related tot he cumulation of historial, economic structural and systematic constraditions. This problem of unemployment is different from the unemployment resulted from economic recession in economic growth circle. |
