| Abstract: | In practice, the main orientation of the policy of China's labour force market should concentrate on the following respects in order to gain the maximum policy effects in the context of the bearable costs of policies. They include: the establishment of the developed information network of employment and of the policy of minimum wages; the way to guarantee the best allocation of job posts; the aid provided to help the special groups withdraw from the competition for job posts; the setting up of the entrance barrier on the labour force market; the improvement of social security system; the development of more private capital. |
