| Abstract: | A study exploring the organisationally relevant variables, related to the development of the work locus of the control scale (WLCS) in work settings. The method: subjects and procedure. Instruments: work and general locus of control. Social desirability, organisational commitment, autonomy, perceived influence, leadership and role stress. A Table outlines the means, standard deviations, coefficient alphas and correlations. The Appendix lists the items from the WLCS. |
