| Abstract: | The authors conducted a 2x3 factorial experiment with short-term employees to test for the effects of high and low interpersonal attraction in conjunction with various forms of compensation. The results replicated past findings of equity restoration responses and identified significant interactions for interpersonal attraction and forms of compensation. |
