| Abstract: | The financial reform and development in China face such an environment as the slow adjustment of the industrial productive structure and the deformative investment structure. We should deal properly with the relationship between reform and development, and change the following views: Reform precedes and pushes development; Develop the variation of the reform form; Handle properly with the stock debt; Control the re-loan at Central Bank; Give more freedom to the issue of stock and debt. |
