| Abstract: | The result of monetary reform will be a system in which the central bank is the core, the commercial banks are the main body and other kinds of monetary institution also exist. Financial system is highly relative to monetary system. The target of financial reform is to establish a mechanism in which financial policies and monetary policies are coordinated and the two can also bind each other. Problems related to these two have to be resolved. |
