| Abstract: | On the basis of demand of national economy to establish and develop stock market is decided by the law of economic development. The effort of stock market is limited. Stock issue market exists dual wrong position with exchange market. International stock circulation mechanism is not set up. The limited policies are too much. The distinguishing between subject of administration and management is not clear up. The system of supply fund conflicts with stock market. |
