| Abstract: | The proportion of oneself-fund for specialized banks reduces rapidly and the situation of asset liabilities have worsened, which is reason why our specialized banks are not individual property subject. The property right of oneself fund for specialized banks must be cleared up. The bad debt reserve that makes up a loss led by current indefinite hazard should be increased. We can issue hybrid-capital instruments that possess the quality of debt and allow individual to buy them. |
