| Abstract: | It is impossible that the state devalues RMB endlessly just for increasing export. RMB will become convertible currency in the end of this century. The first step of exchange rate reform is to practice single exchange rate. The second step is to abolish exchange control and make nontrading exchange convertible. The third step is to make RMB go abroad and a real international currency. |
