| Abstract: | Whether reform of the foreign exchange system is a success should be found out in the broad environment of the national economy. A complete and unified system of monetary policies is to be established immediately, and China's foreign exchange markets improved as soon as possible. Hidden foreign debts must be prevented. A pattern of foreign trade centering around the self-management of exports by enterprises is to be set up. |
