| Abstract: | The orientation of the reform of China's banking industry is as follows: 1. establishing China's commercial bank system according to the standards of the international commercial banks, including setting up the mechanisms of assuming sole responsibility for profits and losses and independent management, and exercising assets-liability ratio management with the risk management as the core, 2. actively developing the business of investment banks, including enlarging them organizational organs, creating good operational environment and perfecting service functions, 3. establishing the operational mechanism of policy banks, 4. improving the means of macro financial regulation and control. |
