| Abstract: | The overall development orientation of China's central bank's branches is to set up China's central bank's regional branches. In terms of the service system of financial industry, a national clearing center may be established with the regional branches joining in the electrical bank business. As to the reform of the central bank's monetary policy tools, the proportion of the central bank's rediscount should be increased and the second loans used more effectively, Besides, open market business should be developed further and the rate of required reserves adjusted in time and flexibly. |
