| Abstract: | The ample condition for China's financial reform is the sustainable nature of the unbalanced state. China has chosen the road of "incremental reform" according to the logic of change , decided by the restraint conditions. The restraint conditions are the restraint of unemployment warning line, interest rate warning line, drawbacks in market environment and the coordinated development of regional economies. The macro logic of reform is "to put up bridge before crossing the river", that is, to create conditions and push forward level by level before forming a system. |
