| Abstract: | Financial reform, by no means, only refers to the reform of banks. The development of direct financing has great potential capacities of raising the efficiency of financing, optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting the reform of indirect financing. Direct financing is a process of promoting the establishment of credit relation and strengthening risk awareness. Direct financing has not only the function of raising funds but the internal function of system. Its mode of digestion of investment risk is even rather than accumulative. |
