Abstract:The international financial crisis, which was started in Thailand, exerts certain influences on various nations. In the short run, China is not severely influenced by the crisis. However, in the long run, its influence is unavoidable. It goes without saying that the international financial crisis will impose impacts on China's export, import of foreign capital and foreign financing. Meanwhile, numerous problems in China's financial reform have not been settled completely. For example, enterprises are burdened with excessive debts; commercial banks have not been really transformed; the central bank is weak in controlling power. All of these make the financial reform even more difficult and complex.
