Abstract:Purpose of this article is to identify the dimensions of a guest's hotel experience. The study relies on data from a web-based survey. The analysis was made using exploratory factor analysis. The findings reveal an eighteen-item index consisting of four factors: environment, accessibility, driving benefit and incentive.
