| Abstract: | Every manager faces employees balking to use new technology. This article presents a study of the best IT managers in small and medium-sized enterprises. It focuses on the strategies managers use to cooperate with technology resisters. Ten principles of handling resisters are given. By implementing these guidelines, the amount of resources spent in new technology adaptation process can be reduced. |
