| Abstract: | This paper deals with the question whether, and if so, under what preconditions, freelancer employees are likely to feel commitment towards the employing company. Based on an empirical study among IT freelancers (herein as: f-lcrs.), this paper identifies freelance clusters following their work-related expectations. Thus, there are consequences based on their felt commitment. To sum up, it is mainly an affective commitment towards their company perceived by the f-lcrs. |
