| Abstract: | This Special Research Forum on Organizational Ecology is situated in the program of ecological research on organizations. Organizational ecology's empirical and theoretical development is described and the key issues facing ecological research are pointed out, and it is outlined how the articles in this forum are linked by common threads. The directions for future research are proposed. |
