| Abstract: | The enterprises' capacity of technological innovation is that of combining various factors, including that of technological innovation decision, of production, of development of market, of organization and coordination, and of resource-allocation. The issues in the establishment of the new system of technological innovation suitable to that of market economy are as follows: 1. the interest-drive and risk-drive; 2.the market orientation; 3.open research and development and the creation of external environment helpful to the technological innovation of the enterprises. |
