Abstract:After China's entry into the WTO, the environment of its use of foreign capital shall further be improved, the decrease tendency of its influx possible to be reversed and the quality of flowed-in capital markedly enhanced. Allthese shall help promote the reform and development of China's enterprises, especially those large state-owned enterprises. Of course, the involvement of foreign capital in the state-owned enterprises may also bring forth new problems, for example,how to determine the direction of enterprises' development, to maintain our autonomy and to provide good conditions for foreign capital's entry.
