At present, at least the following aspects of the enterprises' management should be strengthened: 1.to seek opportunities in the changing environment; 2.to lay emphasis on the management of human resources; 3.to foster and improve the organizational capability of enterprises; 4.to go in for the strategy of competition-co-operation; 5.to strengthen the protection of intellectual property. |
