Abstract:Investigation of dimensions of cultures connected with work, in 50 countries. Analysis of consequences of cultural peculiarities for structure of an organization. The individualism of a country is linked of its richness, in an organization the degree of hierarchical distance is connected with the centralization of the authority and the autocracy of direction, the force of control of uncertainty is related to the hierarchic distance while the role of sexes is of social rather than biological origin. Management varies according to the culture of the given country. Culture strongly permeates the practice of direction, the structure of an organization and the motivation of the employees.
