| Abstract: | Leaf through copies of The Banker and you will find it brimming with banks advertising their international prowess. "International", and "global" banks are using the magazine as a vehicle to promote worldwide customer awareness of their ability to operate effectively outside their own domestic markets. However, when it comes to showing just how global they are in terms of the amount of business they conduct outside their home markets and their level of assets, income and staffing levels, they are less forthcoming. |
